Quality Philosophy
Quality is the outcome of a sequence, not a single test. We define the specification first, then check against it at each handover point — selection, processing, packing and dispatch.
Sourcing Standards
Material is accepted against the agreed grade and condition. Where a lot does not meet the specification, it is not substituted quietly; the buyer is informed.
Product Inspection
Visual and physical inspection covers size consistency, foreign matter and condition. The exact checks depend on the product and are confirmed during quotation.
Processing Controls
Cleaning, sorting, drying and grinding are carried out to the agreed parameters, with in-process review before packing begins.
Packaging
Packing is selected for product protection first — including barrier liners for moisture-sensitive products — and then for the buyer's presentation and handling needs.
Storage
Finished consignments are held in dry, ventilated conditions away from strong odours and direct sunlight until dispatch.
Documentation
Specification sheets and shipment documents are prepared per order. Only documents that genuinely exist are shared or published.
Traceability
Each consignment is linked to its sourcing lot and packing record, so queries after delivery can be traced back accurately.
