Shipping / Export Policy
Shipping and export arrangements are agreed per order. This page describes how that process works, not fixed commercial terms.
Order confirmation
Packing format, quantity, delivery terms and the applicable documentation set are confirmed in the quotation and order confirmation before production or dispatch begins.
Packing
Packing is selected for product protection first, then for the buyer's handling and presentation requirements. Where a product is moisture-sensitive, a barrier liner or equivalent protection is used.
Documentation
The documents accompanying a consignment depend on the product, destination requirements and agreed commercial terms. We confirm the applicable set during quotation so that nothing is assumed.
Delivery and coordination
Delivery timelines depend on the agreed terms, routing and carrier schedules. We coordinate with the buyer and their forwarder through dispatch and remain available for queries afterwards.
Claims
Any concern about a delivered consignment should be raised with reference to the order and consignment details so it can be traced back to the relevant sourcing and packing records.
